From our first four months results it is clear that, despite the difficult economic climate, it pays off when we continue to be proactive, persistant and work hard. And if not paying off in the short term, definitely in the long term.

We announced the renewed evaluation system to the staff. It focuses on performance - what one has been achieved - and on competence - what one is able to.

This new evaluation system favours and motivates amongst other for such proactive, persistant and hard working behaviour. And there is still business opportunity out there. We need to go and get it and that's up to all of us.

It is all about the right behaviour of people.

Hard working and enjoying his work and colleagues while having fun are the best ingredients for the motivation. And of course it's the work of us as management to enable this.
