Kind en Gezin is a Flemish governmental agency with responsibility for young children and families in Flanders. Its main task is to implement government policy for families with young children in the fields of preventive care, child care services, family support, diversity and children's rights. A large framework contract aimed at defining and evaluating the necessary services to Kind & Gezin and other Flemish Governmental Agencies to articulate and implement their strategic business requirements, by aligning business and IT architectures in new and unique ways.

Solution

Trasys Business and IT architects helped the different agencies ensuring continuous alignment between their business and IT domains, from both strategic and operational perspectives. The business strategy, as defined by the Management, was the driver of both business and IT architecture.
