Environment
The client is an international company specialised in the production of steel from their Belgium site located in Wallonia. As from 2000, it wanted to reduce the costs of the Internal IT team while improving the quality and efficiency by having the right profile at the right time, and with the ultimate goal of managing their SAP environment 24X7.
Solution
The scope of this contract includes the management of the 1st level helpdesk for all calls, the 2nd level helpdesk for technical problems, the management of the OS, data bases, batches, backup and securities. The client also outsourced the management of their internet connections and internal network to Trasys.
